LITERALLY JUST A GIRL STORE POLICY

Please review our store policies carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

FINAL SALE & EXCHANGES

All discounted and sale items are FINAL SALE. These items are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges.

For eligible full priced items, we accept EXCHANGES ONLY NO REFUNDS.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging. 

Once the 7 day exchange window has passed, the order will no longer be eligible for an exchange.

ORDER CHANGES

Changes to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After the 24 hour period, we cannot guarantee or make changes to the items included in your order as your processing period has now begun. 

Shipping address changes may be requested at any time before your package has shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the shipping address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct before their package is shipped.

ON-HAND ITEMS

Items marked “On Hand” in the product description are currently in stock at our Atlanta warehouse. Our processing time for on-hand items is approximately 2–3 business days.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

PREORDER ITEMS

If a product does NOT state “On Hand” in the product description, the item is considered a PREORDER ITEM.

Preorder items are products that must be made and/or processed by our warehouse team before they can be shipped to you. Our estimated processing time for preorder items is 2–3 weeks.

Due to our high order volume and product selection, we are unable to keep every item we sell in stock at our Atlanta warehouse. Preordering allows us to offer a wider selection while your item is being prepared specifically for fulfillment. Please keep preorder processing times in mind before placing your order.

SHIPPING

We currently ship orders through UPS and FedEx.

Once your order has completed processing and has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery generally takes approximately 2–3 business days.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Literally Just A Girl is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged while in the carrier’s possession.

If your tracking information shows an issue with your shipment, please contact the applicable shipping carrier directly to begin a claim or investigation.
